Privacy policy

Last updated: August 16, 2026

Short version. This page asks you for nothing. There's no form, no analytics system, no advertising pixel, no cookies, and nothing gets loaded from third-party servers. If you don't write to me, nothing about you remains beyond the technical logs of the server hosting the site.

1 · Data controller

Michele De Vivo (MichyDev), NIF Y4961075N.
Avenida Roque del Este, 20
35130 Puerto Rico, Mogán
Las Palmas · Gran Canaria · Spain
Email: [email protected].

No data protection officer has been appointed, as the conditions of article 37 of the GDPR do not apply.

2 · What data is processed

a. If you just browse

No data is collected by the site itself. There are no cookies, no analytics tools, no heatmaps, no advertising-platform pixels, no fonts loaded from external servers, and no other third-party components.

The hosting provider, Cloudflare Inc., logs connection data for technical and security purposes, including IP address, request time and browser type. These are technical logs, not used to profile you and not cross-referenced with other information.

b. If you write to me

When you contact me by email, WhatsApp or Instagram, I receive the data you choose to share: name, contact details, and whatever you tell me about your project.

On WhatsApp and Instagram. These are Meta Platforms services, not mine. If you contact me there, your data first passes through Meta's systems and is subject to Meta's terms and privacy policy, which I have no control over. If you'd rather avoid that, email me instead.

3 · Who the data is shared with

Data is not sold, transferred or disclosed. It may be processed by parties who provide me with technical services, appointed as data processors under article 28 of the GDPR:

PartyRoleWhere
Cloudflare Inc.Site hosting and securityUnited States, with standard contractual clauses
Google LLCEmail inboxUnited States, EU-US Data Privacy Framework
Meta Platforms IrelandOnly if you choose WhatsApp or InstagramIreland, with transfers outside the EU

For transfers outside the European Economic Area, the safeguards required by Chapter V of the GDPR apply: adequacy decisions or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

4 · How it's protected

The site is served exclusively over encrypted HTTPS. Access to the systems holding conversations is protected by two-factor authentication. There is no contact database on this site, because the site doesn't collect any.

5 · Automated decisions

No profiling or automated decision-making under article 22 of the GDPR is carried out.

6 · Your rights

At any time you can exercise the rights set out in articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR:

Just write to [email protected]. I reply within one month, as required by article 12 of the GDPR. There is no charge.

7 · Filing a complaint

If you believe this processing violates the GDPR, you can file a complaint with the supervisory authority. Since the owner is established in Spain, the competent authority is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es). You can in any case turn to the authority in your own country of residence.

8 · Changes

If this page changes, the update date at the top will change too. If forms, analytics or other tools are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated before they're activated.
